Hard work. Pay is laughable for foundry workers considering heat and dangers of the job. There are some great people that work there and management is more than reasonable to deal with. Direct deposit and insurance especially for the nature of their work would definitely be a suggestion I’d leave them to consider. I’d go back if the pay was fair. Thank you for the learning opportunity! Otherwise through expectations of their customers, “precision” is in their name for a reason. They do great work for sure. This company strives for quality work and improvements within their function.
