This place shouldn't even think about calling itself a Gall's store. It more like a caterer to the local PD and security business. Asked the lady working there if they had a particular item. Her reply was no but they can order it. Well dang! I can do the same thing from home if I was wanting to pay shipping and i didn't need the item i thought a Gall's "store" might have. Save yourself the trip and just order from the magazine or website....oh in case anyone wants to know, pretty much the only color of anything they have in stock is blue, black or khaki.

I don’t understand. It makes no sense to quarantine clothes. If I have COVID would I be at work. So my clothes have to sit for 5 days even tho they’ve been sprayed. I have to wait 5 days for something that takes 5 min to sew on. So what happens to the person that received the item from me?

I love coming to this store. I enjoy the ladies especially Lucy, she makes me me feel so welcome. When my family and friends come in we go straight to Lucy. Her smile and helpfulness is outstanding. We love this store.

The ladies here - Kim / Lucy / and Alex were so helpful and professional. They were closed for I for inventory but because I called several times they picked up- Kim was very helpful and identifying what inventory they had available / I informed her I was coming from Roswell Ga to pick up items / she sensed the urgency in my voice and told me even though they were closed - to still come and they would take care if me / once there all three ladies were so helpful and friendly - I was in and out in less than 5 mins !

Kristy and the rest of the staff is always helpful. I am responsible for getting all new employees of Navicent EMS their uniforms during department orientation and the ladies at Galls Macon not only get this accomplished but with alterations and very few mistakes. Keep up the great work.
