This dealership and its co-owned Ford neighbor repeatedly lose telephone service, making service scheduling impossible. The website lacks service scheduling, something many dealerships now consider essential as well as being an efficient business practice. Wake up, Galpin.

I walked the lot here for 15 minutes or so, thinking I would be approached by a salesman. I didnt see anyone. I wasnt even sure anyone was there, so I called and let them know I was there and was interested in looking at a car. The lady that answered the phone was short and kind of rude. She transferred me to a salesman who I told about wanting to view the car. He seemed friendly enough and said he would send someone out to help me. 15 minutes after that and I still didnt see anyone. No one ever came out or even walked by. It just seems a bit rude to leave a customer standing in the lot wondering where everyone is, especially after I called and told them where I was. Not the kind of professionalism I would expect from a ford dealership. It put me off of even wanting to buy a ford or Mazda as this is the dealership I would be dealing with for maintenance and the like. Very disappointed and wouldn't go back...
