Staff was super friendly and efficient. The dealership is in a very busy area and the lot isn't very big so there isn't much room to move around. Also, the service department is down the road from the dealership which I learned after I had driven into the dealership! Make sure you ask them what the hours are to drop off too. There is 24.7 security which is great as well!

This is my second time leasing a car from Ernesto at Galpin Premier! I am very happy with both experiences! Ernesto was great and I have already recommended him to friends! He was very honest, friendly, and helpful and was able to get me the car I really wanted both times! Each time I leased a Volvo S60 Inscription because it's a great car! Volvo has become a beautiful car with excellent safety and luxury features! I urge people to buy them all of the time! The service experience is also "first-class!" They don't just represent Volvo! They also sell Lincoln, Lotus, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Porsche, and now Land Rover! So you can browse some great vehicles while enjoying your favorite complimentary Starbucks!
Ive bought several cars from Galpin, however I'm not a fan of their service department. They're not too helpful/knowledgeable, charge more than other service departments but their workers are nice and provide good service.

We ended up getting another new beautiful Volvo S60 from Galpin Volvo, mostly do to Gary Kessler and the genuinely care and attention to what his customer needs. It's always a fun and enjoyable experience to shop for a new or used vehicle among any of the many different brands that Galpin Motors sell, and Gary always makes sure to listen to your needs and wants, he will make it happen if it is humanly possible. Gary has years of experience and you will get the huge benefits from dealing with a sells man that does not need to ask his manager every time you have a question, alway making sure you are saving time and money Gary will make sure you are in and out with a great deal included, on up of that he can even assist you with any of the many different brands at Galpin Motors. We have now gotten more than a couple of cars over the years (9) from Galpin, different makes and models, but one thing that has always stood out is Galpin's attention to service, not just during the sale, but much more importantly afterwards, if you have any problems with your vehicle warranty or otherwise you will never feel like you are standing alone, Galpin has always (since our first car back in 2005), stood for service and putting the customer first. Gary Kessler is the embodiment of this wonderful and unique experience at Galpin, so if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, make sure that you ask for him as the first thing you do, and you will for sure have a great purchase or lease experience.
