I really enjoyed my overall experience with the Galvan & Gardner Team. They consistently showed professionalism and excellence throughout the years. Mrs. Galvan was able to match our needs and wants with an excellent property in a good part of town. We bought this property in 2013, which was a quick and easy process thanks to her help. Once we received a lifetime opportunity to move overseas we knew our property would be in excellent hands of the Galvan & Gardner Team that managed it for us over the years. Our property always rented quickly and we were in charge of who was able to rent it. After years of renting our property we decided to sell it in 2020 and we had no doubt Mrs. Galvan would do an excellent job. Our property received multiple offers on the first day it was put on the market. Mrs. Galvan guided and helped us through the whole process again making the decisions that needed to be done easier. We couldnt have been any happier and more pleased with everything. The whole Galvan & Gardner Team are very caring, understanding and very helpful. I couldn’t have kept my property in better hands than with the team at Galvin and Gardner. Thanks to the professionalism and care my property Survived 14 years of renters. Due to my military service I consistently traveled and was unable to live or manage my property but it was in good hands. The process and operations was seamless which allowed me to continue renting my property while living out of state. Then the day came when it was time to close the chapter in Colorado. Daniela doubled my profit without spending a substantial amount in maintenance in preparation to sell. Jocelyn and the staff made having a rental property easy.
