Emanual was fantastic with great customer service. He had a bottle of water for us that hit the spot. I called him as soon as I had my bags and he was able to came pick us up 15 minutes early. On the way to the port he gave us a little history of Galveston and pointed out points of interest, including the biggest gas station Bucky’s. He checked with all parties in the van and we decided to stop, just to see- it made the trip fun. Highly recommend!

Fantastic communication, dependable and professional. Don’t hesitate to hire them. We used them to transfer from Houston Hobby to Galveston cruise port and they were affordable and took us in a comfortable van. They even stopped for us to pick up soda on the way there.
We have used VIP Express many times. The first time was very soon after the business started and the latest was two days ago (11/16/2019). Emanuele and his staff have never been anything but outstanding. He is an AMAZING communicator. Prior to your pickup time, you will always know where he is and when he will arrive (which is "on time" or sooner). He is extremely personable and will do everything within his power to make your experience with VIP Express a pleasure. If you can find a company with cleaner vehicles, I would be surprised. Emanuele is just a "nice guy" who is unbelievably hard working, honest, and very, very good at what he does. Wouldn't consider using any other service in the Houston area! VIP Express was awesome!! They were clean, fair price and really good service! I have their card and plan on using them again for sure. It was hard to find a quality shuttle and they were it. Definitely would recommend!
Excellent! Top notch service and customer experience. We booked a week or so before our cruise on the Vista for a Port to IAH shuttle. Our ship was back late due to the port being closed but Emmanuel stayed in touch with me throughout the morning and picked us up right on time outside the ship. Great drive to the airport where he talked about the area and offered us water or to stop along the way to see a local hot spot. He even checked that our flight was on time and what our gate and baggage pickup numbers were. I would recommend them to anyone!
Excellent communication and customer service. Having used other car/shuttle companies to get from Houston to Galveston for cruising, I always hope for the best and expect the....(well you know)... well it never happened. It was only the best. From the followup phone calls and emails to the calls the day before pickup to insure everything was running smoothly both James and of course especially Emanuele were topnotch. Professionals in all that they do, I would highly recommend Vip Express for your next transportation need
VIP Express picked us up at Bush and took us to our hotel and by the port. Then picked us up after the cruise and took us back to the hotel. Emanuele was great with communication and with recommendations on local opportunities, as well as an extra bathroom stop! Very reliable, highly recommend.
Emmanuel was courteous and on time. He also helped us make a stop along the way that we needed. Very friendly and I highly recommend them.
