Honestly, this place did a great job. Everyone I encountered was helpful and the dentist made sure I wasn't in pain. Just make sure you call ahead for the price & exactly what you want done and you won't have problems.

Ok, so this has to be the worst experience I ever encountered with a preferred provider for BC/BS plus IT IS THE ONLY INSURANCE THEY TAKE. They required you to upfront a majority payment of any procedure, consults or whatever. It's not like normal doctor office where they bill insurance first and they if you owe after, you get billed. OH NO, they require you to pay up-front out of your pocket and you have to wait for the after effects. They don't get pre-authorization, if you request it, they make you wait 30 days. They do not explain that certain things are not covered by your insurance on the estimate, ie gas, bone graft, so they have you sign an estimate for an ungodly amount thinking you will get reimbursed. Nope. They don't appeal on procedures that are denied even tho they said it was necessary plus they Jack the prices up so they get close to what they would charge instead of the agreed amount from BC/BS. And by some insane off chance you may be due a refund, it is like trying to collect a debt as a debt collector, they dodge, don't return phones calls or feed you a line of bs. It is the worst scam I have ever seen out of local business set up. They are suppose balance bill either, but that is essentially what they are doing by double billing. They take.money from you first then bill insurance, then take payment DIRECTLY from insurance EVEN THO YOU PAID MOSA, then adjust your bill so you get nothing. I asked for a treatment plan after my first procedure cause I was in shock of first estimate, it took almost 60 days and they added several extraneous items that insurance will not cover to cover their bill. and their admin staff will not or can not explain properly and estimate. I had a wisdom tooth extracted from this oral surgeon facility 4 years ago and I did not pay more than 200, this was an emergency procedure as well. I scheduled an appointment for today, to have my left lower wisdom tooth extracted and I was told that it would cost 400. The receptionist kept telling me this is an estimate, but that I would have to pay this estimate today before anything was done. I asked if this cost was with my insurance coverage included and I was told it was. I canceled my appointment and called my insurance company. The person I spoke to from my insurance company told me that I was covered for %90 of an extraction for in-network facility. She was uncertain why the cost would be that high since this oral surgeon was within network. She recommended I call the oral surgeon office back to get a break down of cost and ask them for procedural codes so she could give me a more exact estimate of my out of pocket costs. I called the oral surgeon office back and asked if I could have a break down of cost emailed to me and if I could get the procedural codes they would charge me. The receptionist said she did not have a break down of cost and did not have any codes. She said it will be 400 because I need to come in for a consult, have a panoramic X-ray, and then the extraction. To which I replied, “It makes no sense for me to pay upfront 400 when I am told by my insurance what they cover”. I did not reschedule another appointment with this oral surgeon. It just felt wrong to go here. I later found out from my insurance that they will also cover me for a panoramic X-ray, which usually is around 100. So I am still very confused as to why a wisdom tooth extraction would cost me 400 when I have very good insurance through my work.

Please stay away! This is one of those cases where you read the comments and you think people are being dramatic, but I guarantee you all of the comments here are telling the truth! I NEVER leave reviews, but this hasn't set well with me for weeks. I wish I would have read the reviews and believed them. I have excellent insurance both medical and dental and they requested that I pay the money up front or find another oral surgeon. They also didn't tell you that the consultation alone is 60.00 before the doctor see's you! Huge rip-off and the front desk staff is extremely unpleasant! Don't go here, please!

2.9 stars at this location for good reasoning. These people operate a rip-off scheme. Treat you like a peasant. Tell you they arent touching you then charge you 300 for doing absolutley nothing. Do not go here. Spend your money where you pay for a result. I own a business and I provide my clients with a result. They wouldn't pay me otherwise. This place will rip you off.
