We loved our first unit, until it wouldn't recharge and we got zero response from the vendor. We bought a 2d unit to replace it, and it failed after 2 uses. Buy something that works.

Purchased Solar Underwater Light Show. Didnt have great expectations but I did expect it to work out of the box. Followed all the charging directions. Nothing... Nada. Took it back and exchanged for another new one. Same result. Complete waste of money. I hope Walmart sends the entire lot shipment back to this company. Sad....
Inferior service! Despite repeated attempts to contact the company to advise of product design/manufacturing flaws, they remained silent without even the courtesy of a reply. The light globe model 9015 is something to be avoided. Within a year, despite never having been in the pool, the globe leaked in rainwater and rusted out.
The first time my 12 year old grandson used the Jumbo Inflatable Derby Duck, the seam under the left wing split. It is in a position where the typical vinyl patch provided in the package cannot make an effective air tight seal. This company needs to redesign the seal of the seams to be more effective.
Great company, amazing staff, and quality products! You have to love the Big Yellow Duck!
