Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, the staff is super rude and they must’ve learned it from the nasty owner. I will never give this company another cent and I hope anyone reading this review has the good sense not to shop at this horrible company, online or in stores.
review date: wed. may 3/18 this review is specifically for the gameday detroit e-store. since you guys have many locations i'm posting here...there's also a facebook review posted. i punched in an order for a JLA hat & pin, on friday apr. 27/18 in the evening. gameday detroit had specific items that i was looking for, that they exclusively carried. I was striving to get it delivered to florida on or by thurs. may 3rd. I just want to mention that ryan from the e-commerce dept. did a great job to personally ensure that the order made it on time at a very fair shipping price. at first i was having an issue getting the order punched in, and was worried based on their mon-fri hours that i would have had to wait til monday for help. within less than an hour, i was pleasantly surprised to get a reply for assistance from ryan. with his help i was able to get the order punched thru the website. he then flagged the order to ensure it got out the door monday morning from the warehouse. plus he personally sent me a follow up e-mail with a confirmation and tracking number. in fact he did even better, it arrived a day early. i got pictures of the hat and it looks even better than the website depicts. the JLA may be gone but the hat & pin will help preserve its spirit. thanks ryan and gameday for doing a great job with my order!
BAD RETURN POLICY! I was given a jersey for xmas from a relative who doesnt know me very well, and a gift receipt in case I wanted to get something else. I am not a sports fan at all, so I went to return it and was only given store credit. Now I am stuck with a useless gift card to a store I will never shop at. Swindled out of a christmas gift
My first experience was horrible. when my family and I entered the store, instantly I felt no customer service ( No Hello or welcome to our store) . 2 of the workers stared at us the whole time then walked over to our area where we were shopping , and just stood there with arms folded watching us like we were thieves. then kept asking do you need help with anything? we felt so uncomfortable, that I hurried up and brought one T-Shirt. My Husband brought nothing - we would had spent more money , but I decided not to give them a dime more. Managers: Please talk with your crew about customer service and how they should treat customers coming in the store wanting to spend honest money with you. its bad for business.

I’ll NEVER shop there again after going there one time!They wouldnt let me return a item with The Reciept!I told the girl at the counter to call her manager and the Manager said no to my Return!
