Sunday Morning last minute need for Pistons T-shirt for my daughter. Game starts @ 1 & we ran over to Lakeside Mall to hit the local GAMEDAY DETROIT store but the store didn't open till Noon. We asked the employee that was behind the register getting ready to Open if by chance they had any Pistons T - shirts that would fit her and with the gates still closed he was able to find us one. I asked him to set it on the counter and that I would run in & purchase it as soon as he opened, because I was in a hurry to to make the Pistons 1 o'clock game. He not only did that but he helped out BIG TIME by opening the store 10 minutes early. Gameday Detroit already had me with their wide selection of sports wear but have earned my LOYALTY for ANYTHING I'll need in the future that they carry. I'll even ask them if they can get it if they happen to not have it at the moment. 5 !!!!!

Managers name was Andy, was super rude to my mom and I. Told us we were bring rude to him because we had told him he was bring rude. Talked to us like we were dumb. Even followed us out the store making comments to us. Never have I ever experienced someone with such poor customer service. Told us we were being loud with him (even though we were not!) and he was threatening to call security for no reason. Absolutely horrible store and management and employees.
