This guys deserves zero stars for his unprofessional, unethical business practices. We contacted Marty to inquire about him moving a 22ft shuffleboard table that we were selling. We spoke about how much he would charge and the value of our table and that he may he interested in buying and selling it, however, at a much lower price than what we had it sold for. Fast forward to our buyer reaching out to Marty to schedule the moving of the table, Marty proceeds to tell our buyers that they are paying too much for the table (not the case) and ruins our deal then proceeds to tell us he will but it for less than he originally offered. This guy is a piece of s#%t and I would caution anyone who may he considering doing business of any kind with him. You actually spoke with my wife, my review is true and your quick response and attempt to do damage control does not hide the fact that you are a shady operator who tried to run off our customer in an attempt to steal the table from us and retail it yourself.
I am writing this review to raise awareness of the shady business taking place at 'Games We Play'. I found them on the internet and saw that they had great prices on many pinball games. Thinking it was too good to be true, I called them and asked if their prices were accurate that were listed on the website and I wanted to see a handful of the games. The lady assured me that prices were accurate. At that point I felt comfortable enough to make the long journey out to Walled Lake to check them out. When I got there they had about one tenth of the games on the floor that they had listed on their website. Not even one of the 5 games I asked about was on their floor, and after assessing what was on the floor, they did not match up with the prices on their website. When I questioned the worker about the listed pricing online being cheaper than what is actually listed in the store- she told me that the URL was different than their website URL [despite the fact that it had their logo, their address, and their phone number on the same page]. They are advertising false prices! Basically, I am writing this review because they knew that the prices were inaccurate. This was a basic bait and switch tactic. A wise man once told me, don't do business with someone you don't trust. If you are a pinball consumer looking to purchase a pinball machine, I would recommend Big Toys in Sterling Heights. Their games are much cleaner and they are good guys that are completely trust worthy. Pinball machines are expensive and they need regular maintenance. If you are going to purchase one, you want to have trust in who you buy from. Games We Play is not an establishment that I would trust.
