Had a great experience buying our new Coleman travel trailer at Gander RV in Oklahoma City! We worked with Jason Johns and he took great care of us! He helped us with getting our purchase done in a short time because we needed one quickly and all we had to do was tell him what we were looking to find and how much we wanted to spend! Once he knew what we were looking for he showed us a couple of really nice options and we chose to go with the Coleman because of the value for what you get! We would definitely recommend for anyone to work with him if they are looking for an RV! Jason and the rest of the staff we dealt with were great!

Arrived at Leisure Time RV to look at a Classic 33 Airstream to possibly trade in our current Airstream. We were greeted by Ken whom we had been emailing back and forth with for several days. 24 hours later we are driving down the road in our new rig!! The process was painless and just great guys doing their job. After we came close to making the deal Dale, the sales manager, came to meet us and had a pleasant chat. Cory from finance made the paperwork move quickly and painlessly. Then we were onto the technician (sadly I can’t remember his name) who gave us a full walk thru on “Silvie -Lou” to be sure we were comfortable with her(the airstream) and then we left heading on down the road but only after Dale and Ken made sure we had their business cards so we could reach out to them with any problems. Ken even just called moments ago to be sure we had checked to be sure all smoke detectors were active and working properly. Thanks you to the entire team at Leisure Time we love our new Airstream!!!

I wanted to add my opinion on my wife Brandi Cantrell’s comments. We were looking at our new model for over a year when we decided it was time to pull the trigger, the nearest dealer that had our desired unit in stock was Gander RV in Oklahoma City. We left southeast Missouri to make our purchase. We had been working with Cody in sales who took the time over the phone to make sure everything was in place especially the add ons we wanted. Upon our inspected noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. Nothing was Ganders fault but overlooked by the manufacturer. I cannot say enough good things about David, the tech that addressed our concerns. David is AMAZING! He took his time and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was in perfect shape before we finished. A shout out to Cody, Amy, Barry, Steve, and David. Thanks for helping make our dream unit a reality.

Great experience purchasing our first RV at Gander RV in Oklahoma City! Jason Johns was great to work with and he was very informative when showing us all of the options that were available for our vehicle and other needs! We came in to see a totally different RV but he took the time to listen to what we needed and showed us other options which we absolutely fell in love with!
