This shop had our Harley Fat Boy for 9 weeks to diagnose an issue we were having. During that time the owner wouldn’t return calls or texts and kept saying I want to try “one or two more things”. In the end we were charged 450 to be told it’s an issue only a dealer can correct. Using this shop for your recreational vehicle needs would be a huge mistake. We lost our whole summer riding season to be told he can’t fix our bike! Never again!
