From the beginning to the end we had a great experience. The initial service call and contact from Patty to the estimate and email from Heather to Emilio the service technician on the day of the repair. All did a great job. Broken cables and a bad spring on a super old door which you can no longer get parts for was no problem for Patty or Bob the service tech. They showed up next day and he basically fabricated a new spring and cables and the price was very fair!! Excellent and we will use them again!!!
Office walk in sales was informative and simple. Scheduling was accommodating. Chris arrived on time, was very pleasant, and efficiently install the new garage door opener. He also took care of a problem with another garage door, and probably sold another opener for yet another structure I have here on my property. Additionally he probably will be solving my mouse problem. John
