chang is an incredible local, Customers friendly business person! He knows how to help and to do it at fair market value. He took off the original quote because he said it was easier than he thought. Not only that, he fixed old hinges, and added a security lock after we paid him, for no charge. He's the model of work all companies should aspire to. Highly recommended.

We'd spent the past few weeks trying to fix our garage door. We tried getting a new battery installed from a battery store who assured us it would fix the problem , but no such luck. Our property manager recommended jerald so I called him in the late afternoon on a Saturday. He picked up and wanted to walk me through a few steps before coming out to take a look at it. I agreed to try his steps over the phone but was not expecting anything to be resolved over the phone. However, the first steps he had me try fixed it 100%. Our garage door is now fully functioning after 5 minutes on the phone with them. Superb service.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Unfortunately, I've had more than a few injuries. Fortunately, I found Caryn! She's been so amazing! I've had such great recovery experiences, that I keep going back for everything I need a therapist for... from sprained ankles to lymphedema! Caryn (& all the therapists she has) think outside the box & tailor each program to the individual & their lifestyle! This is not your average therapy facility! Also, can't forget to mention that both locations have amazingly sweet & helpful office staff too!

We left a message for they on a Sunday morning when we realized our spring was hanging from our garage door. Our call was returned within 10 minutes and gilbert was over to our house within 20 minutes. gilbert was fantastic - the problem was diagnosed immediately and gilbert provided a full explanation of what happened, why it happened and how to prevent it. He fixed our spring and also checked out and made an adjustment to our second garage door that would have had the same problem in the near future. He sprayed down all the rollers with WD40 and offered a 1 year warranty on his repair. I usually research all available options when it comes to repairs, but there is no need to look beyond - I will be calling they in the future for all garage door related issues.Thanks gilbert! Job well done!
