Bob and I exchanged a few text messages (including pictures of the space). After a few days, we settled on an installation date; and within 3 hours, our garage was transformed. I would recommend being as specific as possible with your storage vision (e.g., drawings, pictures). Overall, very pleased! : Before and After

Estimate and communication was great up front. However, I scheduled an installation appointment and no show, no response to call or emails. Update, I emailed for confirmation and was sent back they would arrive between 8-8:30, I never provided a cell number or was texted but replied to all emails. We had the most fantastic experience with Bob and Garaginize. Over the course of a week, I texted to get information, shared pictures of our garage, received a mock-up of recommendations via text, and had him schedule and complete our garage project. Not only did Garaginize maximize our space and create seamless storage, they organized everything and even swept the garage before finishing the job. We are thrilled with their work; everything was exceptional: communication, quality of service, and time. I would definitely recommend Garaginize without hesitation!

NO SHOW!!! Horrible experience - consultation and agreement on pricing was fine and an installation date was agreed. The owner texted 15 min before the agreed installation time and cancelled with no explanation. I followed up with texts to ask if there was something wrong (thinking perhaps an emergency came up) with NO response back from either the owner or the sales rep I had worked with. They completely ghosted me.

Absolutely fantastic! Tried to install my cheap overhead storage from Amazon, but my joists didn't align with the install instructions. I really should have hired Garaginize in the first place.
