Would have been a very useful hardware store, but unfortunately will not enforce the mask mandate. Too dangerous.

Terrible, we went in to get bricks for a fire pit, we asked Amy( the person in the garden section) if the cart would hold the weight of 30 concrete blocks, she said yes, I went out picked and loaded the bricks myself, after getting the bricks, I went inside to pick up a couple other items. I went back out to pay for all items and had to wait approx. 15 minutes because of a customers home depot card did not work. we waited then asked if we could purchase a cart that you pull behind your lawn tractor, it was a 17 CU polycart Brinkley. She rang us in, called to have a person come out and unlock the cart. She charged us a assembly fee of 25.00. The point to this story is, customer service sucks at this store. I hand unloaded the bricks into the back of my pickup, 25 feet from the entrance where Amy stood, 2 other fellows stood there and watched me hand unload the bricks into my pickup, not one of the Home Depot employees even acknowledged me. Amy not once said sorry for the wait or can we help you with the bricks. She had no problem taking my money. I joking said, we should have gotten a discount because of the wait. she just looked the other way. Oh ya, the cart I purchased for 324.00 and paid for the assembly, guess what, not one bolt was tightened down. the nuts were only on by a couple of threads. I had to come home and re assemble the very unit I paid for. I will never deal with Amy again in the garden section, I have Lowes I can shop at.
