Horrible service. I came to purchase pond equipment and the young lady (who I disturbed because she was busy texting on her phone) in the department was clueless on the available products. I had to ask her to send someone, which she did 10 minutes later. After 15 minutes, I asked her to request someone again. No one came. I left the garden department and asked several associates for help, and everyone said they were occupied. Please hire or train staff to have some basic knowledge of products and customer service.
