They customer returns service is awful! There is an old women there, if you have a return do it in Naperville better. Is not the first time she treat people like this at this center.

This one store has 95% of everything I've purchased for my home improvement projects. And when they haven't had what I was looking for, the management has made strides to make sure that my visit is a success. The store has also been working diligently to improve their customer service experience for years now. Every time I purchase an item at the store, I comment on how they did on customer service since I have scored 100% on secret shops for 10 years for that. I must say though that their garden workers always ace the customer service experience.
