Worse customer service in all of wny out of all the lumber stores/ home depot's, don't waste you're time shopping there!! Multiple times now have they cashed me out for a purchase of lumber that I was told was outside just to make me go stand in a line and return the purchase. Then when multiple employees tell me they don't know just to go return without even looking or checking the system i was forced to return my order and have to wait days for the money to be refunded and even got attitude from customer service while trying to return !!! PATHETIC

Good but should of had second register open.
Poor quality plants and overpriced. Spend the few pennies more at a local nursery for variety and quality.
