Buyer beware!!!! Culligan installed a system in my sister in-laws house and she woke up this morning with her house flooded. Culligan is refusing to pay for the cleanup stating that the pipes were bad. The house was just inspected and the pipes were all good. It is a shame that this company can not stand up and do the right thing. I would not give them one star, but you have to or you can not post your review.

I closed a business in July 2019 and have been trying to get a refund do. I have left messages with no return calls. Tried again today and their phone system is not receiving messages.

Horrible service. We have been promised twice that we would have a water delivery and we still have not gotten it. The people who answer the phone seem very nice but I guess their systems are not very efficient because they promise a day and then the drive doesn't show up.

Be careful before dealing with this company!!! Our house water system was improperly installed. It is next to impossible to get a service appointment. I have been waiting almost two month for them to get an O-ring to fix the system. The leak has caused damage to my floor which they deny.
