I’ve been going to Dr. Daly’s practice for over 10 years and I have been treated by him and two other Physicians who have all done their best to give me the best possible treatment for whatever issues I had including hair loss, keratosis, eczema, blemishes and more. The nurses and assistants are exceptionally friendly and professional. I have been seen in the middle of the pandemic in the most expedient, safe and courteous way by Dr. Daly and his staff. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed. Dr. Daly has gone above and beyond for me by taking the time to do extra research on my ailments and by constantly pursuing the best, effective treatments for me, not to mention giving me costly medications for free on more than one occasion. Dr. Daly always makes me feel comfortable, he makes me laugh and makes me feel that he truly cares about my progress. If and when I need a prescription refill, I can call and leave a message on the Nurses line and it gets done in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to treat with him and I highly recommend his Practice.

I have been going to this office for about a yr. There is always a long way, receptionists are RUDE and unpleasant. For the 3rd time in a row theY scheduled the appointment incorrectly. Staff do not seem to communicate with one another because when you arrive for your appointment no one knows anything. One time i had to talk to the manager front desk because the rudeness was just unacceptable. It is a shame because i am quite sure that there are nice and friendly staff working there, but the bad apples are just ruining everything. I used to go to a dermatologist (unfortunately she stopped taking my insurance) and everybody was so respectful and cordial. I am not asking to be treated as a queen, but cordiality and good manners go a long way.
I have been a patient for over a decade. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed with the receptionist that they were a PPO participating provider. Upon my arrival and after some confusion, I was told that they do not take my insurance. Moreover, I was told that they "do not take medicaid." I'm still wondering why that was necessary to say because I don't have medicaid. I explained to the receptionist that my health insurance was under the ACA and she said "I don't know what that is." Clearly. I left and called my health insurance company, who in turn called GCD and explain to them how health insurance works. I called to reschedule and no one thought is was appropriate to apologize for their mistake and for wasting my time. If you make a mistake, apologize, make it right and move on. That is how you avoid bad reviews.
Love Dr. Daly...Always smooth appointments even during this crazy pandemic. Chemical peels done by Michelle are amazing. Love this place!
Terrible office. Made apt way in advance. They called to cancel. Made second apt a month later. They said they called me to cancel again. Left no message on any of my numbers and number does not appear on phone. Such bad customer service. We got all the way there and that apt was cancelled too. Yet the day before they sent me an apt reminder to be in time. Rudest office. NEVER going back.
I needed to find a new, local dermatologist since I moved back to Long Island from the city, so I did some research. I am so glad I chose to go to Garden City Dermatology - I saw Dr. Daly and he was fantastic. They were able to give me a last-minute appointment the same day I called. Everyone was so friendly, especially the nurse who helped get my information into the system (I believe her name was Barbara). Dr. Daly was very friendly, professional, and had a great bedside manner. He was quick to answer any questions I had, and I felt very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend Garden City Dermatology and Dr. Daly for your dermatological needs!

I had an appointment with DR. Luo scheduled for 4:15 PM on 1/11/17. I arrived there twenty minutes before my appointment. I completed some paperwork which took me about five minutes. Approximately 1 hour of waiting the secretary explained The doctor would be 45minutes to 1 hour late. With no explanation. If I would have waited it would be at least 2 hours of waiting time and God knows when I would be eventually seen by the Doctor. I find this experience totally unacceptable. As a health care provider I would never put a patient through this. I have a total of three family members who use these services at this office. I have seen the quality of service and caring slowly erode. My family and I will enlist the services of a dermatologist whose main concern is the patient.
