After working for a utility company for over 20 years I got hurt on the job. I was no longer able to do my job because of a back injury. I ultimately was approved for LTD and then dropped several months later for no good reason. The insurance company tried to trick me into a weak appeal. I called several attorneys across the U.S. and fortunately I found Justin Frankel. Justin and Christina are simply amazing. They calmed my fears and put my mind at ease. We won the appeal. I called this firm and someone named Lindsay instructed me to send my long term disability denial letter to the office so an attorney could assist me. Due to my disability I was not able to send it in right away and she said that was no problem. However, She called several times and emailed me several times asking where was the denial letter. I sent it in and was assured by Lindsay that an attorney would contact me soon. After a week I checked in for an update to see if the firm could help me. No answer. Two weeks no answer. After a month I phoned Lindsay and a woman (Lindsay) says She is not Lindsay and could she be of assistance to me. I explained my situation and she told me the same thing: send my denial letter in and an attorney would contact me. I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t send anything in. That was two days ago. Well today “Lindsay” calls me and says hold on. A rough sounding arrogant man gets on the phone. “Yeah” he says when he picks up the phone and then just holds the phone. I explained my situation and that I needed long term disability assistance to file a case maybe. “Oh we don’t file cases” was his answer. Very unprofessional in my opinion, is this law firm. Their website clearly states they handle litigation cases. Zero stars for wasting my time (Erisa cases have time limits/frames) and for being VERY unprofessional.

I called this law firm to get a consultation for my case that unfortunately another firm screwed up. Jason was arrogant, fast talking and only cared about his financial end of things with no concern for my case whatsoever. Think twice before choosing this law firm..
