Had some issues with my printer and called ABS Automation, Inc and talked to Bob. Bob was great and helped me with next steps over the phone. Eventually I needed a part to be replaced and Bob was able to provide me with parts that needs to be replaced. At the end I did not use ABS Automation as the part was to expensive to replace and I decided to go with new printer instead but regardless, Bob was great and devoted his time explaining, researching and providing me with all details I needed. If I have any printer issues in the future I will definitely use ABS Automation for any of my future inquiries. Thank you Bob. Stay safe and have a great day! ---Peter

Was crystal clear before appointment about my printer what was wrong, where it was from etc. tech came had not idea how to fix it. Still charged me full price for visit. Still hasn’t responded to my last email.
Excellent service with most professional management, quick problem solutions, quick response time, great communication. My husband is using a very expensive printer as a composer that is out of manufacturing already and as our last model broke we were on the budget. ABS printer repair offered great solution to a very complicated problem so it saved us a trouble to buy a new unknown printer, endless hours of looking for suitable model. Very helpful and friendly.
