We went last week to get some information regarding our phones, Ivan helped us out and was awesome! Very knowledgeable and nice, he helped us move over to the new iPhone and even helped us bundle our home internet too. I came into the store trying to upgrade my phone and take advantage of the 700 dollar promotion going on for the new iPhone and a representative named Ivan helped me and added a second line to my account that I did not approve and was not aware of until today when I got a message saying I had to pay 136.19 and it seemed way too much for just one line. It don’t know if it was a mistake or not but being that manger you think he would tell me that he was adding a line when I came in person but he never even mentioned it to me. This happened to me and I don’t know if he’s done this to other people but it’s not okay & something should be done about it .

The service here is poor. They were unable to do what they promised and their employee, Mendoza , stated “That’s the way it is, deal with it ma’am.” I will never come back here again. Employees here need to be trained appropriately on how to treat customers.
