The gentleman that helped me at this location was an excellent human being. I went in with an idea in my head that I needed something that was better than what my usage deserves. The salesman explained why I was set with what I currently had, and did not try to upsell me on additional items I didn’t need. I cannot tell you how appreciated that is this day and age. Dude behind the register was super helpful. Didn't just sit behind the desk when he could have just let us walk around not knowing what we should get. He showed me exactly what was on sale, matched colors on the gear for me, let me try it on to make sure it fit, and even took some extra time to make sure my gf knew what she was buying as first time buyer. Parking is a little tight but that isn't something they can easily fix since they are such a small shop. I'll definitely show up again with no hesitation.
Unfortunately I thought I got a deal for 50 on Memorial Day one I ordered this barrel back from them but they try to pull some shady stuff and send me some used and damage could from Planet Eclipse and it did not even matched the description as described on the Internet! Must be a young owner who does not care about his customers and judging by the replies I'm pretty sure he'll be reading this and have something to say! This is a shady little shop in California somewhere stay away from him at all cost all the other good reviews are probly fake!!! Send me at used and damaged Barrow and it did not even match??? Purchased it through Amazon 3rd I'll stick with it( ans gear!!! ) Stay away from this shady little paintball shop at all cost! Go to trade my gun or a ans I've never had a problem with ...dam sham .run ur Business into the ground
Come in on their special sales. Nothing really worth mentioning beside all of the typical paintball gears and supplies. Not too great customer service place i imagined. Sales staffs were either rushy and short or looked as though they were forced to be there. I was planning of getting into paint balling and took the opportunity of the sales to get the entire set up, but after a few questions being ignored and unanswered, ive decided to shop elsewhere. It was my very first time there, most likely will be my last.
I enjoy coming to this location for paintball gear. The staff is always friendly and willing to help and get advice. The management there is friendly courteous and always willing to help.
This place is closed for good. Don't bother save your gas, Gateway is not too far from this location.
Awesome place, really professional and helpful! Every time coming here is a great experience. They've got everything you need in a cozy store, and they won't stay small for long.
