Made a phone call to be seen and was instructed to come in on Monday between 4:30pm and 8:00pm for walk-in because that’s the only way they do their new intakes and I couldn’t make an appointment. I arrived at 4:45pm on Monday and was told I couldn’t be seen because they were understaffed(there was only 2 people in the waiting room) and was told to come in next Monday. I left my contact information for Roy Mena to contact me because this is an urgent matter for me and I have yet to be contacted. And you wonder why so many veterans commit suicide in the parking lots of these poorly managed facilities.
