Great for a last minute smog check

Called this place to see, if they were able to do a smog test on a 93 Toyota previa. This place is a joke. The guy who pick up the phone stated he only does smog check and that smog test doesn't exist. Why is the place even call smog test only center... second of all, the guy stated my 93 Toyota previa does not even exist. This place deserve to get shut down.
I printed out this page and brought it to the shop, as the owner instructed on this page to get 20 off. The mechanic or the owner (tatted up a latino dude) told me that the coupon is not valid and it belonged to the shop across the street. That was a lie #1. I was going to get the smog anyway since I was in a hurry, so I asked how much it cost. The mechanic told me 50. I saw the sign which says 39.99. The fool straight up lied to me again. I did not argue since probably he thought he was smart and you can't never win an argument with a fool. There are 4 smog shops within one block, so don't ever get a smog from Smog Test Only Center. FYI, I went across the street to New Century and everything went smooth there and I paid 40.
