Today when I got take out the quality and flavor were very poor. The brisket (at 27/lb) had no smoke ring or smokey flavor. It was dry and not good. I doubt this brisket was prepared in a smoker. The pulled pork was okay, but also had no flavor added from being in smoke. The hotlinks were cold in the center and clearly just flash fried. I've gotten take out here before and it was better than today. But still not great. I'm done with The Smoking Ribs, you can't charge premium bbq prices for oven roasted brisket.

Definitely recommend. Delicious smoked pork ribs. Meaty and tasty flavors. Garlic mashed potatoes and mac/cheese hit the spot. Nice atmosphere, will return.
We had an extraordinary at this restaurant. We loved the fantastic vibes and the meals. The staff members were very amiable. I am glad we ultimately managed to visit this spot.

Tried it for the first time after having it on my must try list for a long time. I got the beef ribs and the pork ribs. Both were amazingly tender, smoky, and not dry. For the sides, I got the blueberry cornbread and corn on the cob. The cornbread was sweet and moist. The blueberry mixed well with the cornbread. The corn on the cob wasn't sweet but, it was okay. Now for their bbq sauce. The regular bbq sauce is amazing. It was just the perfect level of sweetness. The spicy is REALLY spicy. It doesn't just burn, it lingers. It's still a really good sauce though.
