I have worked at Behavior Frontiers for over 4 years. I started as a Behavior Technician and was quickly promoted to Senior Behavior Technician. Behavior Frontiers offers a variety of trainings to make sure that their employees are knowledgeable about the many different areas where we provide services. I was inspired by my experiences with families and with Behavior Frontiers to pursue my Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. Once I graduated I was quickly promoted to Case Manager. There are so many opportunities at this company for upward mobility. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable about the subject matter. Everyone truly cares about the clients we support and their futures.
Behavior Frontiers is an enjoyable place to work at. It's not your average 8 to 5 job. There is always something new and different happening from the day to day. They are very flexible with your schedule. This job is perfect for me because I'm a mom and they offer part-time positions. It gives me the time I need with my own kids. As well as giving me the time to be independent and join the work force. I get the best of both worlds. This job also fits perfectly for students that are busy with school and need a part-time job. If you enjoy working with kids as much as I do this is the job for you. Behavior Frontiers will help you reach your goals and there is always the opportunity to grow within the company.
I am more than blessed to have been hired by this company. The family’s I have worked with have joined us to keep the consistency of what we are teaching their children. Growing up I loved helping in after school programs and in youth groups. I am lucky to have found this job where I can now take a direct hands on approach in helping these children develop and grow in the skills they need. Behavior Frontiers welcomed me with open arms and has respected me and valued me as an employee. My Case Managers have always made sure to stay in constant communication and attend sessions to make sure everything is running smoothly. There are so many rewarding things about this job but my ultimate favorite is seeing these children grow & develop over time, and knowing that I had a part in making that happen.
Behavior Frontier has been great to our family. We have been with them for over a year and half. My son has made great strides with them. His therapists and case managers are great. They are kind to my son, to our whole family. They implemente programs that help my son do things on his own. Our son has Autism. I recommend them to anyone with a special needs child.
