Customline is a customer of ours. They recently purchased a part from us, and unfortunately it was deemed the new part was defective. We proceeded to send out another part under warranty to correct the aforementioned issue. Upon receiving the second new part which was sent to them at no cost, they determined that the part they originally ordered was in fact working correctly, and they had made a mistake on their end. They proceeded to contact us, inform us of their error, and invited us to charge them for the part we sent them for free. This type of honestly is very rare these days, and for that reason I would highly recommend doing business with them.
