We felt welcomed and attended to from the time we walked through the door. We were promptly greeted, and we were allowed to look at all of the units we wanted to on our own. (This was preferred, as we knew exactly what we were looking for.) Renee was very helpful, and answered all of our questions. We decided on a unit that we hadn’t originally intended to buy because she listened to our needs. We’re thrilled with our purchase!

Rental - We rented a Class C RV from Ashley and it was the greatest experience. Our family had a week long adventure to Florida our 5 grandkids, our daughter, my mom, and me and my husband. Everyone had a blast we saw alligators and the ocean. Thank you Ashley for making this such a wonderful experience. We had never rented our done RV camping before it was EPIC. We will be back for another adventure.

My wife and I have been looking at travel trailers for awhile. We went to many dealers in Missouri and Kansas. We chose Olathe Ford Rv over the others. I don't write many reviews but I felt Olathe RV earned this one. Scott did a fantastic job working with us. We looked at many models and changed our mind several times and Scott was very understanding. He has a great personality. We had our first trip in our Surveyor Legend 203rkle last weekend and it was awesome. But I won't stop here. There are two other individuals that made our experience awesome. Charles in service is an outstanding individual. He did our PDI. He had everything ready and answered all our questions and was very patient. He let my wife video the walk through so we could remember all the great tips and information he provided. I feel he went above and beyond. Last but not least is Heather in parts. She is incredible! Before we picked up our trailer I spoke with her because I wanted to get a power surge protector and a Demetic Fantastic fan to replace the stock fan. She helped me get exactly what I needed and held them for me so I could come pick them up when we picked up the RV. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with you. She has a very well stocked parts and accessory area. I feel the price for the travel trailer was fair considering the current market for RVs. If you are looking for a great experience I would recommend the above trifecta of excellence Scott, Charles, and Heather, you won't be disappointed. We are very pleased with our purchase, thank you.
