Kind of big Papi Ortiz

I have been a member for over 18 years and now this credit union is now just a bank like all others. No personal touch and no heart. I sadly will be leaving them and switching my direct deposit and all my accounts to a more reputable bank. I will not refer and will tell my many clients not to do business with them as well. Sad for this company, They lost their focus on what made them different from other banks.

Horrible customer service . Can’t cancel my card.. no one will answer my call even though the drive thru is open. It’s Saturday and I won’t have a penny until Monday because they refuse to help

I applied for an auto loan last week and still waiting to hear back. No one has called me with the decision. Let's see how long it takes for them to respond. I know they got the application because they ran my credit. Interesting way to do business to say the least. The car I was going to purchase has sold.

The employees are very friendly and very helpful in trying to get all your Financial needs met. I've had an account with them through 3 name changes and 2 moves since 1982. Over the years I've taken out many loans they have always had great rates. I was able to buy 2 used cars, a used truck and then a new truck. I had originally taken out a loan with the dealership but I got a much lower rate by transferring it over to the credit union. I took a loan and paid off my credit cards getting a much lower interest rate then any of the cards offered and I was able to save myself a lot of money by getting rid of the credit cards. I wish they still had the interest rates on the savings accounts they had a very high rate but none of the banks or credit unions offer High rates now. They offer personal and business accounts, they have safety deposit boxes, you can get Auto, motorcycle & Boat loans, cash loans and even get home loans. When using your debit card you can go to any 7-Eleven and use their ATM free of charge. They have on line banking too.
