I do not recommend this company. I was happy with them until October when they sent a technician who took my money from my night stand. I even filed a police report. The Manager Keith Abbott didn't do anything about it because apparently I don't have a camera in the bedroom also he didn't reply to my last email at the beginning of November. They need to do background check on their technicians. If you used them follow the technician into every room.

So far I am enjoying their service they are nice, courteous, and knowledgeable about the bugs and the materials that they use for pest control. They even provide tips on how to keep pest out!!! This is by far one of the better pest controls that we have used. The most important thing is that they are very respectful and they listen. I’m glad I found them I have already referred my neighbors.
Hired in July. They have a quarterly payments schedule, nice. However their service is sub-par. I have piles of fire ants and roaches living in my yard right now. They are incompetent and rip-off/con-artists. I had what started off as a minor rodent problem until they placed traps with food and glue boards with pheromones attractant to get the mice to come. The problem is they would eat the food from the traps springing them without being caught and go around glue board. So now they've associated my home with food. I explained this to the service manager and he stated that I had to pay an additional 400 for them to fix their mess. What person in their right mind would pay more money for a job they’re already not doing?

Service was great, and we are so far pleased with first visit. From the beginning, it was easy to contact them. They have user friendly technology that you can speak with someone via text to communicate questions and set up appointment. The quote they gave us was legit. I received an email in minutes to set up service. They called to confirm the day before, and called me the day of to let us know they had a cancellation and kindly asked if they could come sooner and I agreed. The guy was super nice, super informative, and did every area you can think of inside and out, including our yard. He had information about the bushes we want to cut down, and gave us confirmation about what they were and why we have so many wasps/bees/etc. He really was kind and professional as well as swift. I appreciate the wonderful service... we will keep recommending! Thank you guys, we are beyond impressed!
