My mother in law absolutely loves this community! She’s had previously lived in a place where there weren’t many activities and the food was hit or miss. Now she is part of a painting class, sewing class and other activities. And she loves the food! She has also met many friends and become so much more active and happy! The staff takes such excellent care of her and the residents. The activities director is so engaged and comes up with the most unique experiences and outings for them. My husband and I trust that she is WELL taken care of at Brookdale Club Hill!

Brookdale at Club Hill is a great place for my parents. The property is very well kept up and has nice big trees and a nice little duck pond that my parents love. All the staff we have talked to have been great and are very friendly, helpful and treat all the residents kindly. All the residents we have ran into really seem happy and love living here. They always have parties and other activities going on that give the residents plenty of things to do. This was a big move and change for my parents, and I really appreciate all the help we received and continue to receive from Tanya, Brenda and the rest of the staff during this life transition for my parents.
My mother and father lived here for several years. They had great amenities and services my parents really enjoyed in the beginning. But once they begin to decline things changed. The one thing I want people to know is they were robbed three separate times. After the first time they replaced what they could. They made a report to the police but beyond that Brookdale did no internal investigation. It was an inside job there was no breaking and entering but none of the employees were investigated. Or shall I say there was nothing reported to my parents. After my father past my mother was robbed two more times taking what they had replaced the first time and other antique rings and watch that had great sentimental value to my family. Again Brookdale did nothing. This ended up being several thousand dollars worth of jewelry stolen. The subject of installing a safe after everything was gone was brought up, but one was never installed. I do not wish this on any other person. This place is not as safe as you may think.
do not recommenced this brookdale to anyone. I have worked at another one and it is amazing the nurse is caring and makes sure the residents are taken care of. The nurse on the assisted living Gretchen lets cretin med techs and floor people get away with murder. They don't give meds like they are supposed to and asks people who are NOT trained to give their meds because they don't want to do it.
Here at Brookdale Club Hill everyone is so friendly & so helpful all you have to do is ask. My husband and I love our apartment, it is our new home! We have lots of room & we love the patio. We like the fact that if we want to be involved with things we can be involved, if we want to go take a nap we can go take a nap, if we want to sit and read we can go to the library and read and so on. We have a choice to do whatever we want. The activities are great here and there are so many, from slot car races to candle making to scenic driving. There are activities back to back it gets hard to pick at times. Lastly, if you walk out of the dining room hungry its your own fault, because the food here is delicious.
