Scammers!! The good reviews are part of the scam. They hacked into my roku tv and posed as roku. Then they forced me to pay 100.00 to use my tv and threatened to make my other TVs not work if u didn’t pay. They are SCAMMERS!!!!

These people are scam artists. Report this company to the federal trade commission if you see any regarding caligeeks on a roku fault message. They are currently under investigation for illegal activity.
I tried to activate my roku and had to call roku. But got caligeek I gave them my credit card number luckily it was a secure card. They tried to charged my card through wish and tried to charge my card 5,000. Got a fraud alert I stopped that from happening. Was getting a different card before I even received that card they tried to charge that card 8,000. Got a fraud alert. I called them and told them they were a scam they put me through to a roku operator they refunded my 95.99 activate fee. So don't fall for caligeek. And watch your credit card statement they like to order onwish

Scammers!!! they pretend to be Roku and charge for activation. Roku never charges for activating or create account. Do not fall for their lies.
I was having issues with my Activation device and I called Caligeeks which is third party company and they helped me for activation. Technician was so kind and professional and he helped me till the time my device activated. he even explained me how to use the device and interesting features of device. I am so glad that they helped me that day and i will be having 24/7 technical support from them. Really thankful to Caligeeks INC.
It’s a scam, the real roku number comes in the box, hope these guys burn in hell thinking I will do this, not professional and in Texas, report them to the BBB as pleading
