I will never use this CareNow clinic again. My visit was to get my son tested for Covid due to exposure. First, they want to charge you an office visit fee for a doctor to be in the room for 5 minutes just so they can determine which test they feel that you should receive. I am fine with paying the fee but when they then refuse to give both the rapid test and PCR test despite my request considering my families living circumstances, that is ridiculous. I paid for my visit and my insurance is paying for the testing so what is the issue here. I have been to other clinics where I have spent less wait time, did not have to be seen by a doctor or pay a fee and was able to receive both tests when I requested. I also received my results in the 48hrs and they called to let me know exactly like they said they would do. This clinic did NOT call once but I had to call over and over because I could never gain access to their online system and no one would assist me in doing so. Each time I could hear the inconvenience I was obviously causing them by inquiring about my son's test results. My 48hr test took 5 days to get back so be leery if the doctor \assures\ you that it will get back in 2 days because they are only misleading you. This clinic does not seem to care about the individuals that are coming into their clinic and are only looking to get you in and out with least amount of effort so that they can make a buck. I really do hope that others will have a better experience than we did.

Felt really slow yesterday. I was there being checked out. It was a 2.5 hour wait. Took forever for me to get in there and then, once I was in a room, it took about another 40 minutes for someone to actually come in and see me. Even then they didn’t really tell me anything. They just prescribed me something and then made me go sit in the waiting room for another 20 minutes.

I was quite pleased with the staff and the Doctor. The Doctor was very thorough and caring...gave me a prescription that worked well...problem solved and they called me twice to make certain I was okay. I have it on good information that one day there will be no more emergency rooms in hospitals. We will ALL be going to these types of facilities...which are quite good. Our

Takes forever. I pick a time frame and they call me literally 5 hours later. Then I get there and I have to wait 2 hours in the room. This place is a joke. Whoever runs this show needs to be fired. Rude staff and all. I won’t be back. If I could give zero I would.

Fast service - make sure you do Web Check-in. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and restrooms are clean. My family and I come here when we're sick and want to be seen quickly.
