Love working with this company! I had our vinyl flooring extended into our gym and upgraded the carpet in our bedrooms. Brenda has been so helpful with everything, along with everyone else I’ve worked with. The installers were great as well. Super quick and very courteous. Definitely knew what they were doing. Wish I would have known about them when we had floors upgraded a year ago...such a nightmare with other company. Not Carpet Outlet of Texas!!! I’m now using them for one of my clients who is getting new floors! And will continue to recommend them.

Just had my carpet installed on 9/1, and they did all 1,600 sq ft in a half a day! Crew was very professional, detailed, and respectful to each other. They worked very well together. Brenda was a fabulous advisor, and made sure I didn’t spend more than I should, based on my goals. I visited a couple of times, and she helped me as if we were picking it out together. I can’t say enough great things about her! Bruce came and measured, and even as the owner, he too said “Based on what you want to do, I wouldn’t spend the extra money on ‘X’. I would go with a different grade.” He was right, and what I got looks and FEELS so much better than I thought it was going to. PRICE AND CREW WAY BETTER THAN BIG BOX OFFERED! Please support local businesses!
We are pleased with the services from Carpet Outlet of Texas, Garland location. Marty was very helpful explaining what we were looking. We were able to get the quality hardwood flooring at best price. Jacob and team was best installer. Overall fantastic experience from purchase to installation and whole project finished in 2 weeks though spent remaining one month to get quote from other places. it was a great experience.
After getting three previous estimates from other places I went to the Garland location. Marty was very helpful explaining what to look for. As a result I was able to get to better quality flooring at a better price, can't beat that. Jacob and the rest of the install team were fantastic. Save yourself some time and money and make this your first choice. Everyone was fantastic,it was a great experience.
