Omar is one of the hardest working guys I know!! His team works hard and does an amazing job! Despite having so many customers he is still able to make time to answers my call and many questions. He really hooked me up and did and amazing tint job on all 3 of my cars and my sound system sounds amazing!! I highly recommend him and I don't say that lightly. I rarely ever review but felt compelled to after my experience!

From what I saw, Dallas Pro is the BEST audio store I have been to. I would be willing to vouch for Dallas Pro. Omar made this experience easy as can be. From the moment you walk into the shop he greets you with open arms and makes you comfortable. For me this was a 1st time getting tint and looking into upgrading my speakers, he explained everything with detail and demos. I went in there with a budget and Omar made it work without cutting corners and gave me a great deal. He made sure I got what I wanted and for the price I wanted. When you go in there you’re not talking to a man just trying to take your money, you’re talking to a guy that is really trying to help you get the look or sound you want. You get what you paid for and with Omar it’s worth every cent. I definitely recommend you come try his place out there’s a reason he’s been here for 8 years the guy knows what he’s doing.

Our loyal customer contacted us to figure out what was wrong with his stereo after these guys did an install for him. We opened the door panel to start checking and this is what we found. They used packaging tape instead of electrical tape and they didn't even bother to secure the speaker, again they used packaging tape and talked the speaker in place. Be careful if you go to these guys. **UPDATE** The \owner\ response to my review follows his typical pattern if you look at the other \1 star\ reviews. My customer is not the first we have encountered that had issues with this place. My friends mother took her car there to get an alarm installed bc we didn't have time to get to her right then, the alarm is still not correctly working and she's had it back to them 3 times. So in response to the owner asking me to remove my comment, I'm sorry I'm unable to do that as I have 2 confirmed people with issues from your store. Do a solid job the first time and they will be a loyal customer for life.
