I worked with Chris the last two times and he is AWESOME!! I was a Service Advisor for 25 years and I ALWAYS took the best care of my customers I possibly could!! Trust is the most important thing in the car business and you can see that Chris is doing a GREAT job earning his customer's trust!!

I recently had a bad visit with a different Discount Tire but this one right here took care of me they know what a warranty means if you need any Tire work this is where you should go thank you again to Discount Tire forget me back on the road trucks looking good
Employees wear masks like chin straps, including the person who drove my car out of the garage. An employee with his mask hanging down low on his face literally ran to put his face close to mine to talk to me. The curbside service was really clumsy, which I understand because I'm sure that's been an adjustment. But at this point we all know masks actually have to be on your mouth and nose to work. If you're going to say you're doing a safety measure, actually do it.
Jumped right on a tire repair. Fixed it and had me on my way in just a little while. Always best to go on a weekday. Less busy. Faster in and out. Friendly and helpful. Didn't try to sell me tires but explained my wear and let me know when I'd need new tires.
Friendly, timely, and helpful. Had a flat tire so I threw the spare on and drove over. They let me know that really all my tires needed to be replaced but weren't pushy about it at all and understood that I couldn't financially do all tires today so they helped me with the one in a timely manner and sent me on my way
