I really appreciate the help I got at Extra Space Storage. It was handle very professional from the first phone call to customer service. I got my phone call back from the facility Manager Lisa. Who was a great help too me. She help me with everything I need to get done I love the staff that Extra Space Storage has. I love the one in Mesquite Tx . This is the nicest safe storage I have ever come across !¡ in my 42 years. The staff is ausom! Extremely helpful always. The lady that runs office is spectacular you will not come across a better person to R ENT a store Units from! That I guarantee you in promise you! I would never rent a public storage unit again in my life I don't care how many dollar specials they put on! Thanks again for the 5 years we've been here extra Space storage and Garland! I moved to Texas in 2019 and I found a storage on first st in Garland TX . I needed a closer storage. I met Lisa the manager at Extra Space on Hwy 66 in Garland. Lisa soft heart and sweet southern voice is so kind and helpful. Lisa makes sure the storages are secure and Lisa follow all COVID-19 safety procedures. I a retired and on a budget. Lisa made the problem a quick fix and found me a storage space that fits my budget. Lisa is so professional and try so hard to keep each tenant happy. Lisa is very detailed and explains everything about the regulations and fees. The property is always clean and Lisa is always professional and pleasant. Lisa is a great overseer of this business establishment. Thank you Lisa for all your help, and caring about the tenants. Best to you! Sharon
Lisa is great!! Very friendly! The online set up was quick and easy, we even got a free lock! My only complaint is the location of the code box for leaving is very far from the gate
