My uncle is a current resident at HomeTowne. Every time we speak he mentions the dynamic duo Ms. Cindy and Ms. Christine. He mentions their vibrant and humble personalities. While visiting my uncle last week I was able to meet these gracious women. Their professional yet warming personalities made me feel welcomed. I see why my uncle speaks so highly of them both. I am grateful he is around such great spirits.

I lived here, Ms Cindy is awesome, the other woman, Cristine is very haughty, she doesn't know how to talk to people. and the rules they have about COVID they don't even follow. They want us to use mouth covers, to fill out a questionnaire and sign,to wash our hands and use hand sanitazer to be able to enter the facility and they enter and exit the office without mouth covers and gloves and they walk around the facility entering the departments without mouth covers . the gates always are broken and it’s takes forever to get fixed. And the waiting list I do not know what they use it for if they are several unoccupied apartments for a long time.and the place needs to be cleaned better.
This was my last stop of the day with my Dad to find a place for him and wish it would have been our 1st! Very nice place here! A big thank you to Cindy (Manager) and Christine ( Asst.Manager) job well done ladies!
My parents are so pleased with their apartment! After owning an aging home, it was difficult to find the right fit for them. I am so glad we found HomeTowne at Garland. The manager, Cindy, made the application process simple and made my parents feel at home. The maintenance team introduced themselves and made sure the apartment was ready for them to move into. The property is well cared for all around. Thank you to the entire team for making this transition such a pleasant experience for my parents.
My dad is moving here in a couple of weeks and I visited the apartment today and what a nice place and his apartment was so clean. The employees that work here are awesome and make you feel at home. So glad we took the referral from a lady who lives here that we met at walmart. Thank you!
