Juan Mejia did exceptional work! He's methodical, knowledgeable, asks great questions, and he was considerate of our (significant) COVID-19 precautions. He thinks outside the box and challenges assumptions to make sure the problem is truly fixed. Milestone continues to impress me with their service and dedication.

They were supposed to check my wiring on my thermostat . I have a nest thermostat and it shows five cables , 4 cables In one wire and 1 cable on a second wire . all the time it says one of the wires is not connected . When I do my tuneup every year they tell me the wires are not connected right so I tried milestone and they know what to do . 5 wires on the thermostat and 4 on the furnace . The wire that is not hook up is fan , my system is 6 years old , my gas bill is like 300 because the fan doesn’t run . Xtreme Comfort is who install my unit they were suppose to run a new wire but it seems like they just add a short wire and trick the system . Shame on Milestone
They were able to get us scheduled faster than we thought they would be able to. Justin Adams was our tech and did a great job. Finding the leak proved to be a bit of a challenge because of where it broke but he was able to find it and patiently worked through getting it replaced. There were a few moments we thought extensive wall cuts were going to have to be made, but he assured us he would make it work and would not leave until we had running water. He was professional thorough and friendly. I would recommend Milestone and Justin to anyone!
My rental property had an overload fault that was consistently tripping. I requested Milestone Electric to come out to provide the diagnostics. An electrician came out and looked at the issue and failed to reach out to me due to an incorrect phone number but the electrician did not ask my tenants for my phone number. I was charged 79 for a diagnostic fee and never heard from Milestone Electric for over a week. I followed up with them and received the attached quotation below. As a professional electrical engineer who worked for Lockheed, Raytheon, and large defense contractors, I am perplexed that Milestone Electric suggested to the entire subpanel for 3000. He provided this quotation without a breakdown of what the work would be and the costs associated with it. He only provided a piece of paper with highlighted notes and that the circuit breaker is 498 for a single unit. I requested another electrician to come out and he was able to identify that the garbage disposal was tripping it on his initial call and had the circuit breaker replaced at a fraction of the cost for one single circuit. We have not had any reported issues since it was replaced. Had we not gotten a second opinion, I would be out thousands of dollars because the initial consultation was not thorough and tried to rip us off thinking we wouldn't question anything.
Used the service to replace exhaust fan and install some hardwired smoke detectors. Loy, the technician showed up and demonstrated excellent knowledge, also was very respectful of property, wearing mask and shoe socks. Extremely satisfied with job performance and price was well within overall market quote!
