Better than Greyhound. It is faster with fewer stops. Its probably best to book online and print at home. That's what I did and I didn't have to deal with any agents. Plus I saved like 6 so that was good too.

my experience was awful, from the beginning to the very end. We have used this transportation service for many years without a problem, however tonight was the epitome of a disaster. Firstly, only one computer was working. It took us almost an hour waiting in line simply to choose a seat for our grandmother to sit in. Once we arrived to the front of the desk, we explained that our grandmother bought her round trip ticket in Mexico, and we simply needed to pick her seat. The cashier answered very rudely that he could not validate her senior discount, and would need to charge us an additional 32, despite having already paid for both tickets in Mexico. It was at this point that a man named “Raul” claimed to be the owner, and came out and told us very rudely if we didn’t like their services, we were free to leave. We later found out “Raul” is only a manager there. And when we finally were allowed to let our grandmother board the bus, the chauffeur was raising his voice at everyone for no reason. Overall very unhappy with our experience. Omnibus used to be a great and convenient way to travel, but have declined drastically. We were very loyal customers for many years, and had many relatives as well as friends use Omnibus’ services, but we will not be using them in the future.
Great buses and prices but needs more costumer service , at least at the Garland Office.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They never answer the phone, and the customer service representatives, specifically the manager Raul, are ridiculously rude. Will not be using them in the future, and I would recommend everyone stays far away.
