I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Aubrey ended up finding the perfect hat for me which is not easy to do because I’m a very picky guy. He was patient and professional and never gave up. He was also a artist with the steam and the leather band. I’m one hundred percent sure my next hat purchase will be from this store and I highly recommend your next purchase is as well. Thanks again for your patience.
This outlet offers huge selection of Stetsons and resistol hats for everyone, and every purpose; along good selection of accessories; all offered at good reasonable prices. Plenty of helpful folks are available to assist, always with courtesy and smile
I forgot how great this place was. The staff is helpful and friendly and the prices can not be beat. I got my daughter's first hat and she loved it, she wants to work there when she gets older.
This place is awesome, never been here before, but just found out about it. All sorts of hats and TONS of them, in addition to belts, accessories, clothing, etc. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed help, and a few times additionally buy other staff. In the end, I ended top asking for assistance by a gentleman I believe was the manager. He was very than patient with me and more than helpful. It is an outlet store so items may have blemishes, etc., but I managed to snag a great looking Stetson for a bargain! I will definitely be back and highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't already!
