I literally just used Safe Haven a day ago for ants. They were super nice and came out the next day. They have multiple tier programs which allow you to pay a monthly charge for the year instead of one giant charge up front. Plans include rodents in the higher plans and include tri-annual and quarterly treatments. Its a year long contract with easy monthly payments. The day after they treated i had all the dead ants all over my house and I've definitely tried store bought pesticides because I'm frugal but professional pest control 100% pays for itself.

Sketchy marketing practices. Says that your realtor purchased a free year of pest control for you, when they did not. I only use companies with HONEST marketing!!
We received our first service this week. I was very impressed with the electronic confirmation, followed by a personal call from the technician when he was close. He was friendly, efficient, and he seemed very thorough. I highly recommend this company!

Always great customer service provided by SafeHaven employees. I suggest SafeHaven for my home inspection clients that want termite reports for real estate purchases as well as yearly service plans and emergency pest and rodent problems. They are always easy to reach and confirm they are on their way to the property. They are friendly, informative and do an excellent job!
