They’re the rudest unprofessional people I have ever came across!!!!! I called for information and the clerk was rude. I asked for a supervisor and at 2:30 they all were at lunch!!!! Really!!!! Then when I asked for her name she replied clerk!!!!! This is the people that help our friends and family come back into society smh!!!!! They shouldn’t be working there if you can’t at least be friendly we are transitioning with our friends and family too!!!!!

The overall Parole Dept. has a human factor that is admirable. I am making a public notice with this review so I can pursue civil action in the future. My personal affairs have been terribly hampered by the two of the female officers.
