This lady will not tell you the truth, My car arrived in Nigeria and I am yet to get the release after 5 days. She kept promising everyday. From my experience RoRo Original bill of lading or Print at destination should be ready with your agent before the car arrived in Nigeria once you have completed your payment .
I’m so disappointed at this company I wonder if they are even real here is the scenario may car has been with them since April now we are in June I haven’t been able to get a bill of landing and the said the bill of landing was send to nigeria by mistake really??? Today is June 13 the car should go to Dakar no specific arrival date she keeps changing dates she can’t answer questions if my mother doesn’t get her car on time I will take them to court I’m a business owner also I’m so not happy with them zero 0 is my rating I will keep you guys informed stay tune !!!!
