He's been my company for years now. For all my printing needs. I've become a pastor now. Getting ready to open God's new church. Hit to have some work done. And I'm going right back to him.
I normally have an good experience when Marlette is working, but today was my first interaction with Tom. I must say that he has a pretty nasty disposition and it left me feeling a bit angry with the way he talks to people. I emailed a document over to have printer off and when he saw it was in Google docs, he responds with I wish you people would start using drop box or something. This is wasting my time and I'm going to start charging for my time. And begins huffing and puffing. I'm normally a regular customer here but that will be my last time coming. I rather go get ink for my printer, than put my money in his pocket ever again!
I just had a great experience at Best Print and Copy. Everyone was very helpful and kind. My order was done fairly quickly and it looks great too!
Great pricing and Tom was extremely patient with helping me figure out how to get the file I needed printed to send to him correctly. Pricing was very good as well. Customer service was amazing.
