Extremely responsive, punctual, polite, and does great with work great products. Highly recommended. Our water smells and tastes so much better, and staining has already gone down, and it's only been 6 days since the install. Will be seeing them at least annually.

Jim was great to deal with, he came out the very next day to test and find a solution to our water problem. He explained what he was testing for and answered any question i had in detail, Great prices on equipment. I did the install myself, But he was more then willing to come out at no charge to start things up for me. He is the only guy i will use.

When our old water softener died, I emailed Garrelts asking when they'd be available to come out for a consultation. Jim emailed me back right away and quickly presented me with multiple options. Once we made our decision to stick with a dual tank softener, and they were back out in a couple days to install. The whole process was simple and worry-free, and our water is noticeably softer. So happy we got in touch with Garrelts! Thanks Jim!

Double check their charges for labor and parts before they come. Their service call doubled compared to last year’s 50. I called the night of the service. They said they would email me another updated invoice with the details. I waited two weeks and no email from them. I emailed for the invoice. No response. I called them again and received their email BUT no invoice attached. I responded the email and still haven’t heard back from them. It’s been another two weeks. I do not recommend this company.

We had Garrelts install an iron filtration system. It is very noisy and uses lots of water. Many, many sleepless nights! Asked to have the backwash schedule adjusted. Told to do it ourselves. We are two seniors. We had to call in a handyman at our expense. After many requests, Garrelts has not offered to adjusted the backwash schedule. Cannot recommend this system or this company. NOTE: After reading this review, Garrelts offered to adjust the backwash schedule....18 months after our first request.
